Here’s the official video of Crush by David Archuleta. The first single off of his debut album which is set to release late this year under 19 Recordings / Jive Records.
The American Idol runner-up is playing a piano in this video and I’m guessing (hoping actually) for the whole song as well once he goes out for promotional events.
It’s nice to see an artist showcasing his ability to play an instrument. I like singers who can play instruments.

This video is a great complement to the song. It is beautifully shot, the vibe is fresh, young… David does a good job conveying the emotion in the lyrics, as well as showcasing good acting skills and chemistry with the object of his CRUSH in the video. A great effort from Him, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store on his album.
