I thought it was actually cool. Lesley Roy is being compared to Avril Lavigne but I digress. Lesley is more raw. Avril is Pop/Punk but more Pop after her first album. Lesley Roy, in my opinion, is the new angry chick pop rocker that young women are going to be clamoring for. I wish I could rock a guitar the way she does.

“I’m Gone, I’m Going” Is off of her debut album “Unbeautiful” will will be out on September 30th. So what do you think of the video and Lesley Roy?

‘See You Again‘ is now considered “classic”. Imagine that. Miley Cyrus classic. WOW. It’s kinda funny but in Pop Music world, it’s not strange at all. Which I find weird actually. I know, juxtaposing a Miley Cyrus song with the word classic is in it’s own a strange world…LOL. What whatevs.

I do like the song. I like it better than “7 Things“. So it was nice to watch Miley performed it again. I didn’t think she was going to. I thought she was just going to sing songs from her new album. I’m glad she did .

Miley’s new album titled “Breakout” will be released on July 22nd, Tuesday. I smell a giveaway coming up

Miley Cyrus did a little bit of interview with the GMA hosts. She’s pretty excited with everything. She loves her fans and grateful for their loyalty and loving her. Things get hard and confusing at times but with her fans to cheer her up and wanting her to keep making music, everything is all worth it.

I love “Fly On the Wall“. I know Miley kinda dabbles in a little bit of ‘rock and roll’. Well in her own way anyway. “Fly On The Wall” showcases that style. I love the dancing part as well. Miley could be a great dancer if she keeps training. She’s not in the caliber of the early years of Britney Spears but she’s got potential. The choreography is there, Miley just needs to hit the steps more graceful and natural. But yes, the song is quite apropos if you listen to the lyrics closely.

First of, Miley Cyrus looked cute in her plaid shirt, shorts and boots. The “live” version of ‘7 Things’ was just as good as the recorder version, *ahem*. Miley did great. She was animated, as usual. She was dancing and making her famous facial expressions. It’s so surreal how many kids were there at that hour. Wheewww. I thought “school is out” means kids sleeping in. But then again my son wakes up at 6am. Well, hope you enjoy Miley Cyrus performance video of ‘7 Things’ just in case you missed it.

Delta Goodrem is an Australian Pop Star who in the age of 23 is one of her country’s successful and highest-selling female artists. Her debut album in 2003, Innocent Eyes sold over a million copies in Australia. It spent a record-breaking 29 weeks at No.1 in Australia, won the Highest Selling Album award at the Australian equivalent of the Grammys two years running and has now clocked up 4 million sales worldwide – including reaching No.2 in the UK.

Innocent Eyes established Goodrem as not just a musician but a songwriter. In 2006, Goodrem performed a self-penned song, “Together We Are One,” at the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games in front of a worldwide audience of 1.5 billion. The inspirational song surfaced on last year’s American Idol. Another song penned by Goodrem, “Days Go By,” was a No.1 hit this year by Norwegian Idol Glenn Lyse, while she also just collaborated on a song with hero Olivia Newton-John for her new cancer charity

Delta Goodrem’s US record, Delta was released on Decca on June is currently #17 on iTunes and #5 under the Pop Charts.

One of the songs from Delta is called “Possesionless“. It’s the most personal song she has on the album because she wrote it shortly after she won her battle with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. A cancer which stopped the height of her career in 2003. “Possesionless” tackles how her chemotherapy taught her valuable lessons in life. She maybe have lost her hair but it helped her rediscover herself.

“Hard times are universal. Good times are universal. I’ve learned how powerful music can be to people, how you just want to get lost in music. That’s a really special connection with people that isn’t disposable. I like the idea of starting in America with a clean slate – I’m looking forward to singing my heart out.”

Britney Spears, as much as her appearance on ‘How I Met Your Mother” was turned into such hoopla, especially when her name was among the 41 possible nominees for the Emmys, is not going home with the statue. Not even in the vicinity of one.

She was left out of the nominations. Oh well. Britney Spears can concentrate on her upcoming album that she’s working on with Rodney Jerkins and being a Mother to her boys. Who cares about an Emmy anyway? .
