As you probably know by know, teen queen Miley Cyrus has been voted as the Worst Influence of 2009. The voting was held by a site called AOL’s JSYK.com (Just So You Know) and people decided that she’s not quite Disney appropriate.
Miley beat out Britney Spears (second place) and Kanye West (third place), seemingly because of the ‘>pole dancing controversy, in which Miley stood on top of an ice cream cart, which had a pole on it and was being pushed across the stage at the Teen Choice Awards.

Fans on Twitter went insane when teen pop sensation Miley Cyrus shut down her Twitter account, putting a stop to what she believes are pointless tweets and wasted time.
Miley fans and followers were so upset they even created their own mini campaign to try to get her back online. The singing cutie had 1.1 million followers. Crazy! That’s a lot of people to leave in the dust, but Miley did for a great reason: to start actually living her life instead of tweeting about it on Twitter.

Miley Cyrus Deletes Twitter Account, Fans Urge Her to Come Back

It seems like the Miley Cyrus fans in the Twitter world have fallen to pieces after the young star deleted her Twitter account yesterday. Miles has supposedly shut it all down, because of a certain boy toy by the name of Liam Hemsworth, her rumored boyfriend.
Miley’s final Tweet last night read: "FYI Liam doesn’t have a twitter and he wants ME to delete mine with good reason."

Miley Cyrus “When I Look At You” Music Video

A new music video for a song called “When I Look At You” by Miley Cyrus has surfaced. The song is on the soundtrack for her new movie by the name of The Last Song which stars Liam Hemsworth as her love interest in the film.
The song is also the second released single from Miley’s album, “The Time of Our Lives” which is at #2 on the Billboard 200. Miley Cyrus embarked on her first world tour yesterday, with Metro Station (the lead singer is Miley’s bro, Trace Cyrus) as her opening act.

Billy Ray Cyrus Defends Miley’s Pole Dancing Performance

Pretty much everyone who watched the 2009 Teen Choice Awards seemed offended by the fact that 16-year-old Disney star, Miley Cyrus was dancing on a pole during her performance of the song “Party in the U.S.A.”
However, father Billy Ray Cyrus defended his daughter’s choice to pole dance, telling Access Hollywood, "You know what? I just think that Miley loves entertaining people. She loves singing [and] songwriting."

Teen sensation Miley Cyrus was in attendance at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards last night with a ton of accessories. She wore a simple white shirt and black skirt combination. I just find Miley presents herself in a certain way that’s not necessarily good. With the mini skirt and this pose, it just seems to me like she’s trying way too hard to be sexier and older than she really is. But I guess teen girls will do that.

Miley Cyrus performed her song "The Climb" on American Idol elimination show last night, April 15th. "The Climb" is from the Hannah Montana The Movie soundtrack.
