Hilary Duff is releasing a “Best Of Hilary” album expected to drop in stores by November 11th via Hollywood Records.

As the title implies, it’s all the hits from Hilary Duff’s previous album, with a couple of new singles added most probably. One of those new singles is called “Reach Out“.

What can I say about the single? Ummm, it’s Pop. Typical Hilary Duff style of singing. She’s got that soft approach in her voice whether it’s an upbeat song or a mellow one. “Reach Out” is kinda of sensual too, don’t you think? Well, that’s all where Pop Female Stars end up eventually. Hilary Duff can’t continue to sing about sweet cotton candy stuff. She’s turning up her “edgy” and sexy factor.
