Notorious B.I.G Wrongful Death Lawsuit Is Reinstated

ON March 21, a Judge threw out a wrongful death lawsuit from Notorious B.I.G.’s family because the family missed the state deadline. They filed an appeal and the same Judge reversed her earlier decision. U.S. District Judge Florence-Marie Cooper gave Biggie’s family 20 days to file a new lawsuit and drop the state claims.

In 2005 allegations of wrongful death and civil rights violations ended up in mistrial. The case remained active, hence the secondary lawsuit. *SOURCE.
