Here’s Miley Cyrus, who happens to be the host of tonight’s 2008 Teen Choice Awards arriving at the red carpet. I love the shimmery block dress, hate the shoes. She really needs to stop wearing those slouchy boots with everything. I know it’s like her “trademark” and everything but country music star Taylor Swift does the same thing. Nevertheless, Miley looked cute :)
