Jordan Pruitt As Samsung’s Hope For Education Spokesperson | An Essay Contest

July 3, 2008 by Dexie

jordan-pruitt-1 Jordan Pruitt has been named as the official spokesperson for Samsung’s Hope For Education Program.

Hope for Education was created by Samsung in 2004 to support U.S. schools K-12 with the latest technology products to assist in the educational process.

As the spokesperson, Jordan would be involved in the campaign in a couple of ways, generally trying to raise awareness for the campaign and its goals. To continue the annual endeavor, Samsung is once again holding a contest where students from schools nationwide can write a 100-words essay about the benefits of technology and how it’s helping education throughout. This year’s winner will receive:

  • grand prize of over $200,000 worth of Samsung technology,
  • Microsoft software and cash grants from DIRECTV
  • SCHOOL CHOICE® educational television programming package.

The contest is open now and it ends until August 31, 2008. Good Luck to everyone.

Props to Jordan Pruitt for working with Samsung to promote such a worthy cause.
