John Mayer’s “Battle Studies” Album Tops Hot 200

With his newest album, “Battle Studies”, John Mayer is topping the Billboard Hot 200 Albums Chart. The album has sold 286,000 copies since its November 17 released date. He seems to always come out with a great album!

John wrote on Twitter: “Battle Studies is officially the number 1 album in the US! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! What a way to spend Thanksgiving.”

His new single, “Who Says” is off of this album, which you can listen to here.  He said of the album, "The album is called Battle Studies and that’s because it incorporates a lot of the lessons, a lot of the observations, and a little bit of advice. Like a handbook, like a heartbreak handbook."
