Jessica Simpson’s Foray Into Country Music | Yay or Nay?

Back in December, Jessica Simpson proclaimed her intentions of going the Country Western route for her next album.  She’s currently in Nashville right now working on that said album. The question is, Will Jessica Simpson be successful in this new career venture? Her A Public Affair album was ultimately a flop even though her video included the who’s who in Hollywood hot chicks showing the world that yes they’re all friends with Jessica.

Is Jessica going to knock Carrie Underwood, Kellie Pickler, and Taylor Swift off of the current Pop Country Charts? Is this a good decision on Jessica’s part? Who knows but I’m sure it wouldn’t be so annoying if she’d actually enunciate her lyrics when she stars promoting it in every Talk Shows.

I guess we’ll see but feel free to share your opinions on the matter. :)

What do you think her first single’s title should be? “Gone Country…” ?
