Hillary Duff Dishes On Lindsay, Miley and Avril

Hillary Duff is trying to get some errrr publicity. Of course the best way to do it is either take all your clothes off or talk smack about other young celebrities her age. Well she’s not taking her clothes off, YET. She’s slowly getting there though, getting the epithet of “edgy”. Uh Huh. But she’s certainly doing the “talk  about others” trick. Here’s what Hillary Duff has said about long-time “nemesis” Lindsay Lohan, Disney’s new moneymaker Miley Cyrus and pissed off Avril Lavigne.

On Lindsay Lohan:

“Supposedly, I stole Lindsay Lohan’s boyfriend [Aaron Carter.] We were, like, 13! And I’ve never stolen anyone’s boyfriend! I don’t know how you do that! . . . She was talking about it and I wasn’t. It made us both look bad and put up a big weirdness. Really she was just a girl my age. We are fine now, by the way.”

I’m glad they’re fine now but let me remind Ms. Duff what exactly happened with Aaron Carter. Yes he was the schmuck in the middle of this stupid feud. Apparently, Lindsay and Aaron were “dating”. Like a week or days after Lindsay and Aaron went out or something, Aaron showed up with Hillary at a Magazine photo shoot where young powerful celebrities were featured. Well, Lindsay Lohan was part of those powerful young celebrities(along with Mandy Moore). As you can imagine, Lindsay’s world was turned upside down. Understandably since she were just 13 at that time. But it’s not really Hillary’s fault. It was Aaron. It’s always the Men, I tell you :).

Please don’t ask me how I know this nonsensical crap..LOL. Hey, I wouldn’t be your Pop Music Scene blogger without knowing those bits, right? Let’s move on..

On Miley Cyrus :

“We don’t have each other’s phone numbers. But when she meets me, she’s excited. It’s cute – I see a lot of myself in her.”

Lindsay Lohan and Miley Cyrus have exchanged phone numbers and Billy Ray Cyrus said they love Lindsay :).

One Avril Lavigne :

“I said something about how she didn’t like her fans dressing like her, and how she should appreciate that because it’s a compliment. She called me a goody-goody [Lavigne called Duff a 'mommy's girl' in Newsweek] Everyone is trying to prove who they are, and their position. So, I’m ‘the good girl.’ She’s ‘the bad girl’ or ‘the party girl.’ Sarah Jessica Parker doesn’t take her clothes off, but she’s not a ‘good girl.’ [Adult actors] don’t get tagged like we do.”

Don’t worry about it Hillary. Avril lost all her “punk” credibility after her first Album, and when she started dressing like a “girl”, heh. But just remember to mind your own business from now on. Talking about past fights in a magazine like ALLURE may not be a good idea though.
