Last night, Pink put on a heck of a show at Madison Square Garden in new York City. The concert was to promote her newest album, Funhouse and it certainly lived up to the craziness of the title track. I love how she went all out. So many different outfits and settings. And I love how she reached out to her fans.
Some of the outfits are so  wacky and out there – yet so perfect at the same time. She performed for a sold out crowd and seemed to be having a blast doing it!

I am so jealous! Pop music diva Britney Spears is giving away two front row seats to her Circus concert to whoever can do a great job at playing hide and seek.  Britney announced this news on her Twitter page recently. The singer will be hiding with the tickets and will personally hand them over to the winner once they’ve found her.

Many of us really wanted to head over and watch Britney Spears perform for her Circus tour, however, that’s not always possible. So, Britney has graciously released some footage from the tour for those of you who didn’t get to see it, or want to relive the moment over and over again.  Opening the show for Britney was celebrity gossip blogger, Perez Hilton.

Leona Lewis, winner of talent show The X-Factor, has confirmed that she will be going on tour for almost two years, starting in 2010. Joining her for a segment of the tour is fellow talent show contestant, Shaheen Jafargholi, a 12-year-old boy from Wales and contestant on Britain’s Got Talent. The creator of both The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent, is believed to have had a hand in this arrangement.

In an interview recently, Nicole Scherzinger, lead singer of girl group the Pussycat Dolls, put down artists like Britney Spears who lip-synch during live performances, saying that it is something that she would never do.
The “Whatever U Like” songstress revealed, ”I never have and I never will. I grew up singing and this is what I do. I would be a horrible lip-syncher. I would only ever sing live – that’s why people come and see the show.”

Yesterday, in Marseille, France workers had been constructing a stage for Madonna’s Sticky and Sweet tour, when the roof of the stage collapsed, killing one person instantly and injuring seven, one of whom later died in the hospital. At the time of the incident Madonna was performing in Udine, Italy and heard the news. She expressed her sadness about what happened.
Madonna said in Udine, "I am devastated to have just received this tragic news.  My prayers go out to those who were injured and their families, along with my deepest sympathy to all those affected by this heartbreaking news."

Pink, who split with husband Carey Hart only to get back together with him later, says they are “having a blast” now that they’re back together. They are currently in Australia, where Pink is on tour and apparently they’ve been spending quite of bit of time in their hotel rooms.
She says of Hart, “We’re having a blast. We love wrestling. Carey and I spend a lot of time wrestling in our hotel room. We have naked dance parties too. It’s so much fun.”

The backstage demands of new pop sensation Lady Gaga have been revealed and these demands are not even as wacky as I would have thought they would have been. However, they are certainly over-the-top. According to reports, Gaga’s list of demands runs for 25 pages!  Diva!

She supposedly needs twelve different kinds of soda, six types of vitamin water, cheese that isn’t smelly, a roast chicken, starfish tuna, deli meats, three coffee tables, three floor-length mirrors, five large sofas and two professional make-up mirrors. On the 19th of this month, Ms. Lady Gaga stopped by the Kool Haus in Toronto, Canada to do concert and decided to do a little cover of Kanye West’s song “Heartless.” I’ll give her credit. She does have a nice tone to her voice and it’s impressive that she can play the piano.
