Now that Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers has decided to branch out a bit and has started his own project called, Nick Jonas & the Administration, some details have been emerging.

An official cover art for his new single, “Who I Am” has been released along with some audio. The track will be released in full on December 3rd. This is actually not the first track to be revealed from the album. Kevin Jonas revealed that Nick would be covering the JB’s song “Tonight.”

The album has yet to be named, however, a website for Nick Jonas & the Administration is currently under way. Also, the single “Who I Am” is already listed on Amazon.com.

It’ll be great to finally get even more details! In the meantime, here is a little snippet of “Who I Am.” Let me know what you guys think!

In my opinion, it sounds a little bit like the Jonas Brothers mixed in with some John Mayer influence. I love that the music is not as gimmicky and pop tart as typical JoBro music.

Trying to branch out from her role on Gossip Girl, Leighton Meester has come out with her new single called “Somebody To Love.” The song features Robin Thicke and comes after her collaboration with Cobra Starship called “Good Girls Go Bad” which has been getting a good amount of airplay.
The song is okay. She doesn’t feature really much vocal talent, but the song is catchy enough to possibly do well. Let me know what you guys think of the track! Listen to “Somebody To Love” below.

The Idol winner also claims he knew the song was perfect from the beginning. He said, "[The song] was actually one that we had listened to really early on, and we kind of just fell in love with it. Everyone did.”

Kris then spoke about the album, saying,"We got a couple different producers on the album, but there’s a couple songs that [Frampton and Kipner have produced]. And I’m actually going to London to work with them again."

Listen to the song below and let me know what you think! I like it all! I think it’s a good song for him to get his voice out there and he sounds great on the track. The chorus is super catchy too.

When this was written and recorded the world hadn’t really heard of Gaga before.

Michael told London’s Metro newspaper, "I was taking a break from production when my manager and the label tag-teamed me on the phone about writing with a young artist named Lady Gaga who I had never heard of — but they were raving about. They said that she was a huge fan of mine and wanted to write with me. No one I knew had heard of her … but less than a minute into ‘Just Dance,’ I thought, ‘This CD is gonna be huge!’”

He continued, "When I met her in the studio later that night, I realized she was not only about to have a big hit record, but Gaga was a superstar about to launch. … Her energy was so high and her focus excited me. She reminded me of a young Madonna, with more exuberance and emphasis on the art rather than the marketing."

That must have been quite a crazy moment for Gaga! I actually kind of like the song, but I guess you can’t really go wrong with Michael Bolton. Listen to it below!

Months ago, we heard the news that Leona Lewis and Justin Timberlake would be joining forces for this single called “Don’t Let Me Down.” The song is produced by JT and also features him on the chorus. I’d have to agree that while Leona has an absolutely beautiful voice, the song is a bit boring. Plus, there should be a bit more Justin in there! Let me know what you think.

Justin Timberlake and Leona are supposed to duet together for a cover of Whitney Houston’s hit song “I Will Always Love You.” A source says, "They will record the track in the next few months and are just waiting for a period when they’re both free to go into the studio. Leona and Justin are huge fans of each other’s music and are raring to go."

I cannot wait to hear what that will sound like!!

Have you heard of these guys? Well, if not, you might be hearing a lot more from them. They are Hot Chelle Rae and they’re a pop/rock/dance type of band. They’re song “I Like to Dance” is super catchy and fun to listen to. I literally want to get up and start dancing to it. The song has a unique sound to it, likely attributed to the mix of genres incorporated in there. The tune is off of their debut album Lovesick Electric and is strong in every way. Vocals are good, the beat is good and it’s catchy! The band is composed of Ryan Keith Follese (lead vocals), Nash Overstreet (lead guitar), Ian Keaggy (bass) and Jamie Follese (drums)

Nash Overstreet said, “We wanted the music to sound larger than life. We wanted it to sound explosive and new and fun and be better than anything out there.” Listen to “I Like to Dance” below:

Overstreet said of the album, “I think the album really reflects who we are and how we want the world to feel. We can have a lot of fun and goof off, or we can be very serious and work really hard, and the album shows it all. We’ve got songs for people to listen to if they’re going through a break-up, like ‘The Distance’ or ‘Last One Standing,’ or if they want to just forget about work, like ‘I Like to Dance,’ or they want to dream about the future, like ‘Say.’ We’ve tried hard to make it completely accessible and something people can really relate to no matter what’s going on in their lives.”

The new song just went up on iTunes(here), so if you like it, be sure to grab it. I look forward to seeing more from them! Hopefully, they’ll continue to grow as a band. Visit Hot Chelle Rae on Twitter and Myspace, and swing by their official website.

The song is for her third greatest hits compilation album by the same name of this song. It was written and produced by Madonna and Paul Oakenfold. Paul is said to have helped produced another song for the album called “Broken (I’m Sorry).”

The song will officially be released on the radio on August 3rd. The music video was directed by Jonas Åkerlund and was filmed in Milan, Italy and Barcelona, Spain where they filmed fans of Madonna’s being themselves, dancing and having a great time. What’s awesome is that her 12-year-old daughter, Lourdes is supposed to make her debut in the music video for this song! I’m excited. Can’t wait to see how the music video turns out!

So…what do you guys think of it?! I’ve heard a bunch of mixed feelings about the song. Some have said that it’s not exciting and that it is even “lazy” while others have gone crazy over it. Personally, I’m in the middle with it. I like that this is kind of a throwback to her earlier music, while I agree the song really does not set itself apart and can get a little uninspiring.

Filming for the music video should be complete by the end of July and there is expected to be some choreography involved with it.

My first impressions of this song is not very good. While the beat is fun and cheerful, I find the whole song just sounds…lame. Which I find pretty unfortunate because I loved the Backstreet Boys in the older days, but I’m just not feeling this. You never know, though. It might do pretty well on the charts and fans on the website are just in love with it. We’ll just have to wait and see! I am quite interested to see them dancing again. Listen to the song below and let me know what you think!

This newly released sample is from a song called “New Perspective” which will be on their third studio album. It sounds good and a like the unique sound that the chorus has to it. Let me know what you think of the little snippet!

Two of Panic!’s members, Ryan Ross and Jon Walker, decided to leave the group recently. However, Brendon Urie and drummer Spencer Smith says the band will go on regardless of the situation. He says, “We know everybody has a lot of questions at this point with everything being so out of the blue, most of those should be answered in the coming weeks. We appreciate every one of you, and hope you continue with us on this incredible ride."

No name has been officially given to the album yet and a release date is not totally clear yet.
