Have you heard of these guys? Well, if not, you might be hearing a lot more from them. They are Hot Chelle Rae and they’re a pop/rock/dance type of band. They’re song “I Like to Dance” is super catchy and fun to listen to. I literally want to get up and start dancing to it. This song, “How Do You Sleep?” is sung by Jesse McCartney and is the third single to be released off of his album “Departure”. The music video is a collection of footage from Jesse on tour. Making a cameo in the video is fellow pop singer Katy Perry, which is shown through video footage of her greeting him backstage at one of his concerts. I quite like the song. It’s definitely catchy and I’ll likely be humming it throughout the day. What do you guys think of it?

The video for Take On Me was such a phenomenon in the 80’s when it first came out. How did they do that? was the question was on everybody’s minds. It was cinematic that’s for sure. ‘Twas a fantastic concept that was executed successfully. Plus the song isn’t too shabby either. Talk about love beyond boundaries .

Remember ‘Sittin’ Up In My Room’ by Brandy? I loved this song. I was just sitting here thinking about my family in San Diego California and this song came to me. My cousin and I used to dance and sing along to this song every afternoon. After school actually. Ah the memories. I think we actually choreographed our own moves as well, hehe. Summer Nights from the movie GREASE. Performed by John Travolta and Olivia Newton. This is the classic  High School Musical and would probably be my favorite of all high school musicals no matter how many versions will come out in the future. What can I say, I Love Classics. Remember when the mime version of Torn by Natalie Imbruglia came out? It was like hot cakes. Or crack. Everyone got so addicted and couldn’t get enough of it. Including my husband, hehe. He actually suggested yesterday that I post the video here. So here it goes… Torn, in Mime.

I still think the video is hilarious. No matter how many times I’ve seen it. The mime video is actually much bettter than the origianl video of the song. Don’t you think? Hope you enjoyed it, again .

I just love how Supergirl by Saving Jane beats in the beginning. Every time I hear it, I just want to start stomping, jump around and let my hair run wild…LOL. It’s such a classic party anthem with a nice message. If you listen to the lyrics carefully anyway. Hey, we all want to be Supergirl sometimes. And we might have at one point or another has taken the role coz either we love it or coz it’s what the “reputation” we want to show people.
