David Archuleta

David A shared  that they’re getting close to picking which songs make it into the album. Here’s the an excerpt from David Archuleta’s Myspace Blog :

Hey guys! We’re getting close to making final decisions on which songs are going to go on the album, and it’s pretty exciting! The last few days have mainly been recording still, and just finalizing the songs to see which ones will be the best fit.

Check out David’s blog to read more about his day in Disneyland when he attended Miley Cyrus’s 16th birthday bash, and some laughs with fellow American Idol alumni Brooke White and her husband.

Pussycat Dolls is having a Myspace Listening  Friday Party before their sophomore album, Doll Domination drops next week, September 23rd.

There’s really not much details posted about this Myspace Listening Friday Party except at the PCD’s Myspace site where they’ve invited everyone. I am guessing we’re supposed to check out their Myspace (Pussycat Dolls @ Myspace) to preview tracks from their album. Hi , now it’s all died down i’m saying my side of what I can’t believe is considered to be a story.

Elton john and I are friends. I was honoured when Elton asked me to present the GQ awards with him this year in association with Elton’s AIDS foundation. Not only was it for a good cause but who would say no to Elton.

I’m not defending my drunkeness because i don’t need to, i’m 23 it was an awards ceremony i drank the free champagne, how awful of me.

Trying to create a feud on the other hand, and trying to make me out as being some rude little girl with a drink problem is just unfair, Elton and I exchanged jokes and there were no hard feelings at all, infact neither of us gave it a second thought. It’s sad that an evening enjoyed by all had to ruined by some bitter journos again.
Alfie and Jamie had never been engaged, Jamie and I are the best of friends and I was just winding Alfie up , he’s my little brother and that’s what siblings do. Jamie wasn’t pissed off with me, if she was i would have known about it, believe me.

LA to San Jose!

Hey all.  Today we’re in San Jose, and it’s my first time here.  I love it out here! it’s a really unique area.  I went out to eat an early lunch with Brooke and Kristy, and it was really good.  It was some pizza place by our hotel haha.  We had our LA show last night!  I’m so relieved to have that finished lol.  I have to admit I was a little nervous about that one, but it was great once I got on stage and felt the energy of the crowd.  I hate not having enough time to say hi and get to everyone waiting outside after the show.  There were a bunch of people I still didn’t get to last night because there were so many people at the LA show, so if you were there and I wasn’t able to come up I want to let you all know I’m sorry!  I try really hard to get through as quick as I can so I can see everyone, but it’s really hard with the short amount of time haha.  But it’s really neat to see everyone.  That’s what’s been a really great thing about the tour, we’ve been able to talk to fans a TON more and get to know everyone .  Anyway I have to go outside and talk to everyone waiting outside now!  So if you’re there right now I’ll see you there!  Even though you won’t read this until later but whatever haha.  Take care

The Ting Tings check in with the fans through their Myspace blog explaining why they had to stop the Norway concert after only performing 4 songs. Apparently, the concert goers were jumping too much that they nearly made the roof collapse. They were rushed out of there before the tent fell over on them and everyone else. It just wasn’t safe for everybody.

The Ting Tings also talked about the smoke machine during the 2nd song. They couldn’t see anybody while performing. To read more of the The Tings Tings blog, visit their Myspace site.

Chris DeWolfe(MySpace co-founder and chief executive) said :

some tracks will be sold without copy-protection safeguards but noted that the major labels had committed only to experimenting with offering content in an unrestricted format.

Unfortunately, EMI Records who handles artists like Norah Jones and Coldplay, declined to be part of this huge music deal.
