I was very surprised of how elegant Nicole looked. She rocked that little black dress. I think she did great with her own rendition of "America The Beautiful". It was a nice change to hear her raspy voice and lower levels. Some people said Nicole did bad and that her fellow PCD Melody should’ve been chosen to sing the song. Even Beyonce’s name was thrown into it.

Earth to people, Wrestle Mania asked Nicole to sing the song. Get over it and move on.

Lindsay Lohan is dating Sam Ronson who happens to be a great friend of Lily Allen.

Lily looked stiffed in that stage. I for one believe that if you’re going to perform a dance beat song, you better perform it, not jump with it. I’m not expecting some full blown routine with matching elaborate set and props, but you know, a little shake in the hips would have been nice. Especially to a Britney Spears song, know what I mean?

Here’s a behind the scenes video from MTV of the Pussycat Dolls shooting the “Jai Ho (You Are My Destiny) video which was directed by Thomas Kloss. The girls went to Vienna to put some needed HOTness on the wintery cold weather of Vienna. Nicole talks about how she felt when asked to do their own version of the Oscar winning song from the movie Slumdog Millionaire as well her experience in shooting the video.

I was watching Access Hollywood today and the beginning said Britney Spears has an exclusive announcement. I was glued on TV and watched the few celebrity topics until Britney came back on wearing a white tank top and fashion necklaces, dancing around during a photoshoot. With toned legs and fit body, Britney announced that she is the new girl for Candie’s campaign. Wooohoooo.

Britney Spears Candie’s ads will appear only at Kohl’s in various campaigns through print, television and online. Candie’s and Kohl’s are associate sponsors of Britney Spears’ Circus tour which by the way starts tomorrow in New Orleans. Check out this tour list to see if she’s coming near your town.

Britney looks great, doesn’t she? I’m itching to check out the Kohl’s store near me, you?

Were you able to stay up to welcome the new year? I was and also able to watch Pussycat Dolls performing "When I Grow Up" before the ball dropped but afterwards I went to bed, hence I missed their other performance. PCD performed "I Hate This Part" for the New Year party in Hollywood. I think this was hosted by Fergie. If you missed it also, well, here’s the video.

The more I listen to "I Hate This Part", the more I really like this song from PCD’s Doll Domination album. I prefer it over the 2 singles they’ve released.

Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana, is a Golden Globe nominee in the Best Original Score for the song “I Thought I Lost You” from the movie “Bolt“. Miley co-wrote this song with Jeffrey Steele. According to Miley during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, she kind of just threw it all together real fast with Jeffrey. It was the last song she thought it would ever nominated for anything because it just felt so easy. She added that she understands why it’s nominated because after listening to the song with John Travolta’s part, you could detect real friendship between them and it speaks truly with the lyrics.

I actually understand why this song is nominated. When I first heard it I felt goosebumps. It’s a really good song. Miley Cyrus and John Travolta did marvelous in the duet. I didn’t know Miley co-wrote it. I’m so proud of her. My family and I loved the movie, BOLT. If you haven’t seen it, please do. Take you family and friends this weekend. It’s a heartwarming movie that everyone will enjoy.

Congratulations Miley. I hope she wins. I really do. To be a Golden Globe winner for co-writing a song gives this Junior Celeb some vindication against her critics because amidst all the tabloids and paparazzis, Miley Cyrus is a genuine talent. Her parents must be so proud of her. I hope she and John Travolta get to perform the song during the show. You know what this means? a trip to the Oscar’s may be next.

The 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards will be on January 11th, 8pm ET, on NBC.

Katy Perry will make a guest appearance on FUSE on December 13th, Saturday. Katy will be co-hosting FUSE’s end of year celebration. Not only will she be co-hosting the show, Katy Perry is also perform her two hits, “Hot N Cold“ and “Thinking Of You“. That’s on FUSE, December 13th, Saturday at 7pm Eastern Time.

I’m guessing this is also a celebration for Katy Perry’s Grammy Nomination. She is nominated for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance.

Donnie Wahlberg  is going back to acting after a well-received reunion with New Kids On The Block. Donnie Wahlberg is doing a TNT pilot with Bridget Moynahan called Bunker Hill.

Donnie will play a cop who returns to his hometown in Boston to protect the streets and it’s neighborhood. Bridget will play his sister-in-law. I can see an awesome chemistry between Donnie and Bridget while saving the streets of Bunker Hill .

I will keep you updated when I find out more about the show. Donnie Wahlberg is a talented, intense actor that hasn’t had the luck to really shine in the medium so let’s hope this new TV show changes that. NKOTB forever .

Britney showed up at Madonna’s concert. But she didn’t perform with Justin Timberlake as rumored kept spreading around. Justin performed with just Madonna for their duet song “4 Minutes”. Britney and Madonna performed “Human Nature” together. Britney looked good. It’s awesoem to see these two together. It melts my heart .

Although, Britney looks like she’s going to Church compare to what Madonna was wearing..LOL.
