The 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards were full of great performers, including UK singer Leona Lewis, who took the stage to sing her newest track, “Happy.”

Leona Lewis has premiered the music video for her single “Happy”, which is the first single off of her second studio album, Echo. The music video is about her falling in love with another man, despite the fact that he is marrying another woman.  instead of wallowing in self-pity, Leona decides to feel happy for both of them, whence the title.

After rising to fame and making it big, Leona Lewis has been able to fill her closet with a bunch of clothing. Though, having an overfilled closet full of beautiful dress and shoes is ideal for us ladies, Leona says it’s taken  it’s toll on her boyfriend, Lou Al-Chamaa.

Foxy UK singer, Leona Lewis is about to meet herself…in wax formation! New reports say that Leona Lewis will be introduced to a life-like wax version of herself next month at the famous Madame Tussauds in London.
The wax figure reportedly cost $300,000 (£150,000) to create and in the figure, Leona will be dressed in the same dress she wore at the closing ceremony of the Beijing Summer Olympics (see Leona in the dress in the photo to the right) . Months ago, we heard the news that Leona Lewis and Justin Timberlake would be joining forces for this single called “Don’t Let Me Down.” The song is produced by JT and also features him on the chorus. The song has been leaked all over the Internet this past weekend and opinions of the song have been mixed. Some love it, some think they could have done more with the song. Leona Lewis, winner of talent show The X-Factor, has confirmed that she will be going on tour for almost two years, starting in 2010. Joining her for a segment of the tour is fellow talent show contestant, Shaheen Jafargholi, a 12-year-old boy from Wales and contestant on Britain’s Got Talent. The creator of both The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent, is believed to have had a hand in this arrangement.

Recently, in Los Angeles, Leona Lewis went shopping on Melrose Avenue and went home with more than just a few pieces of clothing. While she was out, the singer noticed a homeless man who had been keeping a rabbit with. The man told Leona about his plans to save the rabbit for dinner, so she decided to buy it from him.
