Finally, after being nominated what 16 times? Britney Spears won Best Female Video Awards for Piece of Me. The first award for the night, presented by Jamie Foxx. She beat Mariah Carey. WOW. Congratulations Britney!!
She thanked God, her beautiful family and the fans. WTG MTV! :)
